Tasting Notes

Four hop varieties do the work here: Simcoe and Cascade in the kettle, Centennial and Chinook in the dry-hop, giving Vedett IPA its fresh citrus, grapefruit, and floral character. Light caramel sweetness threads through, and bold bitterness builds gradually toward the finish. From Duvel Moortgat\'s Vedett range, a Belgian approach to the style at 5.5% ABV.
