Tasting Notes

Flanders-style sour brown aged in oak with fresh Oregon peaches from Baird Family Orchards instead of the usual cherries. At 10.7% ABV, you're getting bright tart notes, stone fruit character, and that whole peach impression from skin to pit. Wild yeast fermentation brings pleasant acidity with peach and tannins up front. This one's layered and complex, a sour that pairs incredibly well with food, especially funky cheese.
