The Dissident is a barrel-aged Flanders Oud Bruin brewed with Oregon peaches, opening with bright stone fruit and oak before a wave of tartness takes over the glass. The acidity is sharp but purposeful, weaving through layers of dark fruit and wild yeast character that build with every sip. At 10.7% ABV, a complex and rewarding sour for patient drinkers.
