Tasting Notes

Wild ale built on aged hop saison that combines earthy, funky aged hops with fresh tropical Rakau and El Dorado. The aged hops bring stinky cheese rind and barnyard funk, while the fresh hops deliver over-ripe nectarine, dried mango, pine sap and rose. You'll also get tree bark, wet hay, rosemary, and tiny hints of skunk that elevate everything. It's a whirlwind of aromas that constantly evolve.
