Shine Bright from Track Brewing is a DDH West Coast IPA at 7.2%, and those Chinook, Cascade, and Centennial hops make themselves known right away. You get big resinous pine and citrus notes, but there's also pithy lemon, orange rind, and a surprising touch of green apple. The soft bitterness with just a slight dryness lets those punchy hop flavors shine without going over the top.
