Rochefort 8 pours deep amber with aromas of chocolate, raisin, roasted coffee, and warming spice. At 9.2% ABV it is rich and complex enough to reward careful sipping, yet balanced and smooth enough to drink with genuine ease and comfort. The middle beer in the Rochefort trilogy of Authentic Trappist ales, and consistently regarded among the finest dark ales in Belgium.
