Mirror Pond is a Pacific Northwest pale ale that puts Cascade hops at the centre, delivering clean citrus aroma and a firm but balanced bitterness throughout the body. The malt is present but restrained, supporting the hop character without competing for attention at any point. A well-crafted benchmark pale ale from Deschutes Brewery, approachable and reliably consistent at 5% ABV.
