Coriander lifts La Chouffe out of standard Belgian golden territory, adding a herbal edge to the fruity, malty base. Citrus zest keeps things lively, and a gently spicy hop finish rounds it out without sharpness. At 8%, the warmth is there but stays friendly throughout. Brasserie D'Achouffe's flagship blond ale, unfiltered and refermented in the bottle.
