Right off the pour, you’ll notice the deep reddish color and that slightly tart raspberry aroma floating up. Framboise from Oud Beersel leans into real raspberries blended with traditional lambic. It opens sharp and a little funky, then mellows out with this dry, fresh fruitiness that doesn’t get too sweet. At 5% ABV, it’s lively and refreshing, especially great if you want something a little outside your usual go-to beers.
