Tasting Notes
Puncheon-aged mixed culture ale at 8.5% with nectarines and loganberries. This collab with New Zealand's Garage Project uses yeast captured from their home country plus different strains from the Terreux cellar. Late-summer stone fruit and berries add juicy sweetness to cut through the funk and tartness. You'll get citrus, stone fruit, oak and that signature funky complexity from the wild fermentation.
