DaySleeper from Mardi Craft is a Belgian witbier with a Thai upgrade: yuzu in place of the usual citrus. It pours hazy with a soft, light body, hitting you with bright citrus right away, yuzu, lemon, a hint of lime. Witbier spice lingers underneath, keeping it grounded. Bronze at the 2023 Australian International Beer Prizes. Named for that first cold sip after a long day. 4.7% ABV.
