Named after a local cycling climb, Cake Eater 1019 and Citra is Banks Brewing's double New England IPA and their most indulgent release. An enormous Citra dry-hop delivers tropical intensity at 8% ABV, sitting on a rich, dense body where the sweetness is genuinely intentional and deeply satisfying. Best approached as a dessert beer rather than a session option.
