Bush Ambrée pours deep coppery amber, clear and bright despite packing 12% into the glass. Ripe fruit and raisin notes hit first, backed by rich caramel malt sweetness and a peppery kick from Dubuisson's house yeast. Full-bodied and warming, with a boozy finish that creeps up on you rather than smacking you in the face. A proper old-school Belgian strong ale.
