Barrel aged dry hopped saison that gets the Brett treatment in oak before finishing with Celeia and Mosaic hops. Sitting at 5.2% ABV, you get saison esters mixed with subtle funk and fruity, floral hop notes. The blue butterfly symbolizes transformation and change, which fits because this beer literally transforms through its whole process. Small batch experimental stuff from Deschutes, and honestly one of the more interesting saisons you'll find.
