You get mellow sweetness and a touch of light acidity up front, with Blond finishing with just a hint of bitterness to keep things interesting. This Belgian blonde from Kristoffel has an easygoing personality but brings in some clean cereal malt plus a bit of sugar for body. Sitting at 6%, it uses select aromatic hops that lift the nose a bit but stay subtle in the background, so the malt character leads.
