Tonka bean adds a unique layer of warm vanilla and almond to this barrel-aged stout, sitting alongside the deep roasted malt base and the oak influence picked up from barrel conditioning. Dark dried fruit, espresso, and a hint of liquorice emerge on the palate, while the barrel brings warmth and complexity that builds sip by sip. Rich and rewarding at 9.8%.
