Yuzu, the aromatic Japanese citrus, takes center stage in this innovative IPA from Superfood Beers. The yuzu's distinctive floral tartness complements the hop bitterness, creating a citrus-forward beer with a unique aromatic profile quite unlike conventional lemon or orange-infused IPAs. At 7%, enough malt backbone is present to give the exotic ingredient room to express itself without dominating the glass.
