Tasting Notes
Celebrating 14 years with a blend of 4 and 18 month old barrel-aged golden barleywine mixed with their coveted Brew 7000, all aged in 5 to 9 year old bourbon barrels. At 14.9% ABV, you'll taste molasses, brown sugar, toffee and vanilla with dried fruit, graham cracker, and oak notes coming through. It's mildly sweet with a slight umami character and some warming booze on the finish.
