Double dry hopped West Coast pilsner at 5% ABV using Motueka, Saaz, Wai-Iti, and HBC 630 hops. Clear golden pour with stable foam, combining classic pilsner basics with modern hop highlights. Citrus notes, light fruitiness, and a crisp, dry finish that's properly West Coast. Fresh, pleasantly bitter, and way more interesting than a standard pilsner. A crossover style done right.
