Tasting Notes

Clermont Springs bourbon barrel-aged barleywine at around 10.2%, the seventh Tiny Barrel Project release. This collab with Teyföl drops maple syrup sweetness, caramel, brown sugar and some earthy, woody notes on the finish. You'll taste dried fruits, complex malt backbone, and warming bourbon character from those barrels. It's sweet but never cloying, thick but surprisingly smooth. Part of Mad Scientist's bridge series between Specials and full Barrel Project beers.
