Tasting Notes

Smooth Operator all grown up and swole. This imperial cream ale sits at 7.7% ABV with coconut, vanilla, oak, and honey flavors built on malted maize, flaked maize, oats, and flaked barley. First released at Beervana 2021, it held the top 3 positions at the festival until it sold out. The coconut mellows everything out while the higher ABV dries it just enough. Perfect balance of warmth, body, and sweetness.
