Tasting Notes

Hand smashing two pounds of Masumoto Gold Dust peaches per gallon into barrels until they can't hold anymore, that's how Cellador rolls. This wild ale blends their lambic-inspired base with simple saison, all aged on those insanely flavorful Gold Dust peaches. You'll taste fresh peach juice, some funk, and bottle conditioned honey adding complexity. At around 6.5% ABV, it's tart but not puckering, one of their most popular beers for good reason.
