Tasting Notes

Inspired by the French 75 cocktail, this 8.2% mixed culture ale is a collab with NOLA Brewing. Puncheon-aged and brewed with lavender and spices, then co-fermented with Chardonnay grape juice and finished with lemon zest. You'll get lemony sourness, white wine character, minerals and some nice floral spice notes throughout. It's funky, oaky, and tart with complexity that keeps evolving. Pairs beautifully with seafood, especially crawfish. A taste of New Orleans in a California bottle.
