Tasting Notes

Refreshing Belgian-style ale that uses Japanese yuzu and sansho peppers as brewing spices instead of traditional hops. At 8% ABV, you get bright yuzu citrus up front with phenolic notes from the yeast, all wrapped in a pale, cloudy body. Brewed in Belgium but totally Japanese in spirit. The finish is dry and crisp, pairing incredibly well with sushi or any dish where you want something that won't overpower delicate flavors.
